Do I need to remain at the property during the course of packing and uplift?

You or your nominated representative must be available to greet our team on arrival and ensure our team leader is clear on what items are to be removed.

During the course of the day you can certainly leave the property should you have other commitments. Of course on completion of packing and loading you will be required to sign off on the inventory to ensure all items have been removed.

How can you ensure our goods will be safe during moving?

We can pre-pack your belongings in order to ensure maximum protection to your furniture and other personal effects.

How do you pack my furniture?

It doesn’t matter if your goods are going across the street or to another state – the same level care and attention is taken when packing your furniture.

We use heavy duty anti-dust removals blankets, thick pads along with tie-rails and tie-ropes to secure your furniture and prevent as much wear and tear as possible.

Any packing tips?

When packing your own cartons please ensure the weight is evenly distributed and they are not too heavy.

Dry foods are unopened. Open food must be disposed off. Alcohol must be unopened and be contained in appropriate wine cartons. All breakables such as glass or china is amply wrapped and packed upright with layers of crush or padding to avoid breakages.
